For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Where duplicate accounts are identified:

4.3 Account Security

6.2 Deposit Rules

Third-party deposits — where the deposit originates from a payment account not in your name — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

6.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. ssb77 aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and Maya within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ssb77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request;
• Detection of duplicate accounts;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or unauthorized payment reversal;
• Suspected money laundering or violation of anti-financial crime obligations;
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed by ssb77 for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where the account is closed by ssb77 for reasons unrelated to breach — for example, discontinuation of services in a particular region — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder's last verified withdrawal method.

You may close your ssb77 account voluntarily at any time by contacting ssb77 support via live chat. Voluntary account closures are processed within three (3) business days. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your last verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

15.2 Formal Dispute Process

This decision may be appealed to the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.

15.3 Jurisdiction

For any claim not resolved through the above process, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines seated in Metro Manila.
